Meet Andres, Maxi-Rig crew leader with HardRock Infrastructure. Andres came to HardRock straight out of high school, starting in the field as a labor hand on the reclaimer. Andres worked his way up over the years, learning drill side operations, pipe side operations, and eventually moving up to lead the crew on a million pound HDD rig.
