Ditch Witch of Louisiana Celebrates Customers, Legacy, and the Future in Bossier City
Contractors, industry partners, and equipment enthusiasts recently gathered in Bossier City for a customer appreciation event hosted by Ditch Witch of Louisiana. The event featured equipment demonstrations, food, networking, and an opportunity to see the legendary Super Witch machine up close.
While the equipment drew plenty of attention, the event also served as a reminder of the people behind one of the most respected dealership organizations in the underground construction industry.
For more than 50 years, the Duncan family has been serving contractors across Louisiana, building a reputation for customer service, technical expertise, and long-term relationships. Today, that legacy continues as the third generation of the Duncan family becomes actively involved in the business, helping guide the dealership into its next chapter while maintaining the values that helped make it successful.
Leading the organization is Linda Duncan, President and CEO of Ditch Witch of Louisiana and the matriarch of the Duncan family. Linda has played a pivotal role in the dealership's growth and continued success, helping build a company culture centered around customers, employees, and community. In a companion video published alongside this article, Linda shares insights into the dealership's history, the family's journey, and what it means to see the next generation carrying the torch.
Congratulations to the Duncan family on more than five decades in business and on building a true multi-generational success story in the HDD industry.
Special thanks to DrilRite for providing event photography and video coverage from the customer appreciation event. The footage and interviews captured throughout the day help showcase not only the equipment and activities, but also the people and relationships that continue to drive the underground construction industry forward.
